It’s not those who only wanted to be with those alike, but most importantly those who embrace diversity and make the effort to get connected with everyone in the team and focus on helping each other.

It’s not those who only welcome top performers, but most importantly those who committed to grow together while having the trust among each other so that they can make mistakes but still be accepted.
