Northern Stars & Beyond team's 5th Year Anniversary

It was after the completion of Public Mutual’s Master Builder of Agency program in Dec 2020 that the 5 of us agreed to continue working together and extend our collaboration to form the team known as Northern Stars & Beyond (NSB).

With a combined experience of more than 70 years, the 5 of us who are Public Mutual agency leaders visualize, plan, and work on the objective to be one of the best Public Mutual Unit Trust Consultant Business platforms to help all our team members to grow and excel in this profession.

Looking back at how far we have come, it’s been 5 years worth of hard work coupled with many joyful moments and accomplishments. During this journey, its not always smooth sailing. Many times and especially at the beginning we underwent differences in opinions, understanding, and work culture but yet the 5 of us didn’t give up and stayed on and re-aligned to find a sweet balance between individual preferences and team consensus. We compromise our personal preferences and focus on the bigger cause which is for our future growth and the team’s greater good. Our teamwork and friendship grew stronger after undergoing all these challenges, and it has made us appreciate more.

At NSB, we provide ongoing professional support such as training, and workshops both online and physical to equip our team members. At the same time, our members enjoy the privilege of being coached and mentored by our agency leaders. This system has proven to be the most important one in the development of a consultant from a newbie to a Million Ringgit Producer. Besides all the above, our team enjoys specially designed campaigns to help each other achieve some small-wins and celebrate together.

At the same time, NSB team is empowering our team members to be strong and reliable leaders through the involvement of our consistent recruitment and agency-building activities.
