Cool breeze, morning sunshine, chill sea water, relaxing sandy beach, simple but spectacularly delicious breakfast, games, smiles, loud laughters, hugs, hearts-to-hearts talk, encouragements, birthday bash celebrations, coaching, and ENERGISED!!

These are all we had this morning during our NSB Team Mid-Year Get Together By The Beach.

This is the time we only had FUN and didn’t talk about FUND

Teamwork is only fruitful with commitments A small get-together but I can feel the synergy, joy, and connection among each other. Stress relieved with fun bonding activities like this. When there is affiliation, closeness and belongingness deepens. It stretches us from our comfort zone, and helps us grow beyond our limitations .
