Refection

“Learning without reflection is a waste. Reflection without learning is dangerous.” – Confucius

So true.

We can go through life experiences and still repeatedly make the same mistake because we have not learned from it. Yet, we can reflect on the experience and learn a lesson, that’s how we become wiser.
Reflection leads us to growth. We can keep learning new things but only through reflection that it becomes our wisdom.

At the same time, just thinking without a foundation of knowledge and skills will often lead to confusion, and lack of insight, and may lead to false beliefs and actions. That’s how it becomes dangerous.

Let us be mindful to reflect regularly!
